                       A healthy diet



For a healthy diet we must have 2500 calories for each day. 
1 gram for each kilogram of weight, 15% of the total calories of lipids and fats , a lot of vitamins of vegetables and fruit, and some carbohydrates. 
We mustn't eat a lot of junk food, only once or twice a month  and we must do a lot of sport in shool or in the street.
You should eat 4 or more servings of fruit and vegetables in a day.
You should drink water regulary.

We must follow all of this tips if we want to be healthy.
